Subject	Steering column seal/bushing/?

Message	I am going to replace my steering bushing with a solid bushing but there is a plastic/rubber seal towards the bottom of the shaft that fell apart and I am not sure what it is called. Right below the two joints there is a seal around the cog. In order it goes; seal, white plastic key/guide, joint that goes on cog. I wish I would have taken a picture but the car is in the garage a few miles away. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
